Dr. Kozinn’s goal is to be the Best Orthopedic Surgeon for Anterior Total Hip Replacement and Total Knee Replacement Surgery in Arizona…

Because of extensive research and education, thousands of successful surgeries, and innovative techniques, Dr. Kozinn is regarded as the best orthopedic surgeon in Scottsdale for outpatient and inpatient anterior total hip replacement, and one of the best in the entire nation.  Dr. Kozinn has been a leader in bringing the technically advanced Direct Anterior approach for total hip replacement to Arizona. This technique uses a special motorized table that facilitates placement of the hip implants by helping to dislocate the hip, and hold it in perfect position for implants,  without cutting any muscle tissue. Patients recover at a remarkably faster rate, with much less pain, and very limited restrictions on their everyday activities. Dr. Kozinn is also the author of many scientific articles on hip, knee, and shoulder replacement, and is particularly recognized internationally for his work in the field of Partial Knee Replacement (Unicompartmental Knee Replacement) surgery.
